By purchasing or downloading any digital asset from ThemeKings Custom Designs (“ThemeKings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you (the licensee) and us (the licensor), while ensuring responsible and fair use of the products offered.
Standard License Summary
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital asset.
- You may use the asset an unlimited number of times in:
- Email marketing campaigns
- Mobile advertisements
- Social media graphics or promotions
- Broadcast video content (including streaming)
- Websites, overlays, or design projects you create for yourself or clients
- You may modify the asset to fit your project needs.
- You may share unmodified assets internally with employees or subcontractors, provided they agree to abide by these licensing terms.
What You May NOT Do
- You may NOT resell, sublicense, distribute, or make the stand-alone digital asset publicly available (e.g., uploading to stock platforms, file shares, or public websites).
- You may NOT claim the design as your own original creation if no modifications have been made.
- You may NOT use the asset in any manner that infringes on the intellectual property or branding rights of others.
- You may NOT use the asset in any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All digital products remain the intellectual property of ThemeKings Custom Designs. Your license grants usage rights only and does not constitute ownership or transfer of copyright unless explicitly stated.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or cannot be accessed. If you encounter issues, please contact us so we can assist.
