ThemeKings Custom Designs does not offer refunds or re-credits for downloaded files. Returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of ThemeKings.
Finding your downloaded files
After receiving a cleared payment and clicking “Download”, your browser should prompt you to save your file automatically. If your browser does not prompt you to save your file, you haven’t actually downloaded anything yet. To download your file do this;
- Go to your account
- Click the downloads link
- Select the product(s) from your downloads list and click on that link to begin the download.
Please note: You can always re-download any file downloaded up to three (3) times from your download history so please store all your downloads in a secure area on your PC or other external or internal storage devices for later use.
If you can’t find your file here are some tips:

If you still can’t find your downloaded file or are experiencing download problems, please contact us with the product information, purchase date, and proof of purchase so we can help you out.
File not usable (corrupt, blurry, etc.)
It is highly unlikely that this could occur, however, if you download a file that is not is not usable (corrupt, blurry, etc.), simply contact us with the product information, purchase date, and proof of purchase and your concerns. If we determine that there are technical issues with the file, we will re-credit you for the cost of the download or re-send you the file in it’s original condition.
